Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ravexon. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Opened health and beauty products (such as personal care or wellness items) cannot be returned.
• Custom or personalized products.
• Perishable goods (such as food and flowers).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
